In 1999, Umesh’s entrepreneurial journey took off with the founding of INSZoom Inc., which burgeoned into the premier tech company in the immigration realm. With a remarkable team of 130+ professionals spread across the USA and India, and a clientele comprising over 1300+ entities – including Fortune 500 companies, IT service firms, and immigration law practices – INSZoom became a global phenomenon. Despite bootstrapping the venture, Umesh led the company to profitability in just three years, eventually selling it to legal tech firm MitraTech, supported by a Private Equity firm, in November 2020.

Umesh’s prowess extends across SaaS, cloud computing, and IT management. He is well-regarded for his strategic acumen in developing global go-to-market plans, rolling out ground-breaking product functionalities, driving tech innovations, and formulating scalable business blueprints. As a respected member of the Forbes Technology Council, his insights and perspectives have been widely appreciated in Forbes and SiliconIndia, reflecting his influential thought leadership in the tech domain.

Raj Vaidymath

Raj Vaidyamath is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience transforming companies into industry leaders through strategic thinking and operational discipline. He has a deep understanding of enterprise, SaaS, cloud, and consumer businesses, with a passion for evolving the healthcare industry with AI/ML models. Raj has worked with multiple industries and achieved outstanding results, including successfully building one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the Immigration and Compliance industry. He possesses superior critical and analytical skills, a general management perspective, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. Raj’s highly process-oriented, customer-focused, and analytical approach has earned him recognition and awards, including the 2010 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award and consecutive Stevie Awards on customer satisfaction.

Jakob S. Lipman

Attorney Jakob Lipman has been practicing immigration law since being admitted to the California Bar in 1998. His practice is focused on employment-based immigration, but includes family related immigration as well. Jakob has extensive experience counseling employers in complex immigration practice and policy concerns. Over the years, he has supported multinational and domestic organizations of all sizes and from every major industry. Jakob is often invited to lecture on immigration-related subjects in a variety of settings and has authored articles on corporate immigration compliance as well as on the PERM labor certification process. ​

Jakob is recognized by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, a distinction held by relatively few attorneys nationwide. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)

Anuj Sarin

Anuj Sarin is an accomplished People Mobility Leader with over 25 years of industry experience, in leading IT services companies such as Wipro and Infosys and INSZoom. He specializes in Global Immigration, Operations, Resource Mobility, and Global Immigration Regulatory Compliance.

Anuj has a track record of establishing systems, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and implementing strategic and transformation interventions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. He has been credited with multiple industry-firsts and successful implementations in the People Mobility space.

Known for his exceptional expertise in transforming people mobility processes and delivering strategic initiatives, he has consistently driven operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency improvements while delivering measurable results throughout his career.
